Smythe les vestes is a gem of a line for those of us who love well-designed classic jackets. Inspired by menswear styles, urbanites Andrea Lenczner and Christie Smythe set out to make perfect little menswear jackets with a feminine touch. This small but impressive collection consists of stylish jackets in blanket plaids, retro 70’s plaid, and monotones in soft wool and mohair blends. Smythe’s jackets have a clean classic look and are also perfectly fitted.Christie Smythe received her degree from Parsons and then spent five years working for labels such as Prada and Celine. Andrea Lenczner started her career in investment banking and then changed direction by taking a job as a buyer for the boutique department store, Holt Renfrew.
Smythe has been featured in Lucky, Bazaar, British Vogue, and Elle.
