domestic shipping: Orders placed by noon usually ship that day. One-day delivery to southern California with basic ground shipping. Signature may be required. Basic continental ground shipping by UPS or USPS (let us know if you have a preference) is $4 per order, UPS two-business-day is $20 and next-business-day is $40. Non-continental shipping is $15 for UPS ground. USPS express mail with 1-2 day delivery 7 days/week to any domestic area is $20.
exchanges and returns: Clothing including sale and preordered items may be returned for exchange or refund of the merchandise price, except that all sales are final on special orders of items that we do not normally carry. Returns and exchanges must be in original condition with all tags attached, and postmarked within 14 days of the initial shipping date for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders. We cover regular shipping to you on exchanges. If you would like to return an item and it is before the return date, simply e-mail or enclose a note with your name, address, and reason for return, and send the item insured to: blaec, 718 B State Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101. Allow 5 business days for processing of returns.
