Self proclaimed bad boy of fashion, designer Jeffrey Sebelia's line Cosa Nostra is as much grunge as it is glamour--playfully feminine with more than a touch of hard-rocking soul.

Tim Gunn of PR fame calls him "another Vivienne Westwood" for his ability to reinvent what's happening on the street and turn it into "fashion with a capitol F."
